Each role now has explicit boundaries, pass criteria, block criteria, and evidence expectations.
Workflow Health
4 standard workflows are documented and validated.
Release, public content, bugfix, and service intake workflows all pass the current workflow contract checks.
Agent Gates
5 review gates are in place.
Reviewer, security, QA, release, and reporter gates now form a visible review pipeline before claiming readiness.
Agent Learning
Learning remains manual and owner-reviewed.
Reflections, lesson candidates, and SkillRun evidence can be recorded, but promotion is still gated and not automatic.
Public Proof
Public pages stay static-first and evidence-led.
Public-facing pages explain what is live without pretending there is a fully autonomous company behind the scenes.
